you know im all for an artist to reinvent himself and create something different as time goes on. You just can't keep painting the same picture. But I feel you are abandoning the whole smashing pumpkins name with this. Its cool if you want to evolve but this is just terrible to brand it as smashing pumpkins. Sorry but this is very sub-par and corny. I mean look at the overwhelming response by fans who think this is not smashing pumpkins quality. Granted this is the only song I've heard from this album but, if this sets the sets the stage for the new album. I thibo you'd be better off changing the name and not pissing on your respectable smashing pumpkins brand.

questi mi sembrano commenti molto chiari e molto poco maleducati.......il messaggio (e quello che penso anch'io da tempo) è semplice: vuoi pubblicare tutta la m***a (ehm, musica....sì...) che vuoi, accompagnata dai video più demenziali??...ok, fallo pure, ne hai tutto il diritto.......ma PER FAVORE, NON a nome Smashing Pumpkins!!!!!
L'ho già scritto tempo fa, ma lo ripeto: quando entri così nel cuore della gente, per anni, e negli anni più delicati per molti di noi (intendo 14-20 anni di età), quel nome, quel marchio, non è più solo tuo, ma diventa di tutti quelli che ti hanno ascoltato, che hanno speso tutte le loro "paghette" per i tuoi album, che si sono messi nei casini per venire a un tuo concerto, che ti hanno amato..... ne consegue che non puoi sputtanarlo in questo modo, è una questione di RISPETTO per tutte le persone che ti hanno permesso (e che continuano a farlo) di essere lì dove sei. Punto.
Poi è chiaro che puoi farlo lo stesso, puoi farci quello che vuoi con quel nome.....stiamo sempre parlando di un "di un piagnucoloso ragazzo pelato che è piuttosto vanitoso, con il suo sintetizzatore", come ho letto da qualche parte...
