| CITAZIONE (_dan @ 21/10/2009, 09:58) in occasione di un evento di beneficenza, billy & co (kerry, mark ecc..) si esibiranno sotto il nome "Backwards Clock Society" (..vabbè meglio di spirits in the sky?) all'echoplex di LA l'8 novembre, con altre band.. Hanno fatto debuttare almeno 5 canzoni nuove e due cover ieri sera.. le nuove canzoni paiono essere molto "dark" rispetto agli spirits in the sky, con più jam psichedeliche. spettacolo con le luci e il telo di fronte al palco in alcune canzoni (?). come al solito, presto appariranno i video su youtube CITAZIONE Setlist:

into the light - “now the electrical dust is just starting to rust” (spoken) - “into the light” was repeated many many many times so I’m guessing that’s the title
the music was definitely darker/more psychedelic than spirits in the sky.. pretty much all had long jams.. billy’s mood was normal.. he laughed a lot when introducing when the cock crows, and also during the “Never rains” song (he was singing it to the lady who organized the evening, who stayed on stage during the performance dancing around).. he also stopped the “never rains” song in the middle saying he couldn’t take it anymore, but then he finished it anyway.. all the songs were big on echo effects it seemed (guitar/vocals)
